Mission and Evangelism
The Director of Mission and Evangelism, shall:
(a) be responsible to the Clerk of the Presbytery.
(b) coordinate the work of the Committees under this Department and submit regular reports to the Presbytery Council.
(c) serve on other Committees or bodies of the Church as may be prescribed.
(d) on the basis of the recommendations of the appropriate Committees,
(i) encourage evangelistic programmes by advising on methods of evangelism for use by congregations, groups and individuals in the Church.
(ii) encourage and guide the activities of the Bible Study and Prayer Group in the Church.
(iii) formulate policies/guidelines for the operation of prayer centers, schools/campus ministry, and other specialized ministries.
(iv) organize seminars, training, workshops, etc., to enhance the efficient operation of the ministries; and
(e) perform any other functions that may be assigned by the Clerk of the Presbytery from time to time.
